The other half of what we do is the opposite of an emergency: frameless shower enclosures, made-to-measure mirrors, coloured splashbacks, glass balustrades and structural glazing, templated and fitted to the millimetre. How quickly can you get to me?
We aim to be at your property within one hour of your call, 24 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays. Response times are quickest close to our Addlestone yard — Weybridge, Chertsey, Walton-on-Thames and Woking — and we cover the rest of Surrey and South West London around the clock.
Do you charge a call-out fee for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. We'll tell you what the job costs before we start, in writing, and you decide from there.
It's the middle of the night and my window is smashed. What happens?
Call the emergency line. We'll dispatch a glazier who will clear the broken glass and make the property safe and secure. If we can replace the glass there and then we will; if the unit needs manufacturing, we board the opening up securely and return with the finished glass.
Are you approved for insurance work?
Yes. We are an approved contractor for Surrey Police and for many of the major insurance companies, and we're used to providing the paperwork insurers ask for after a break-in or accidental damage claim.

Can you match existing glass in an older property?
Usually, yes. We can supply annealed, toughened, laminated, low-emissivity, patterned, obscured and leaded glass, and we can match most period patterns. Bring us a photo or a piece of the broken pane and we'll identify it.
